A short movie “A birthday” prepared by Bangalore expatriate writer Dr. Premraj KK is released on YouTube channel. The film tells the story of the children of construction workers living in roadside shelters, who celebrate a birthday. Its plot revolves around a boy struggling to celebrate his younger sister’s birthday while each of us spends thousands money on your birthday.
They were not acting , they are living, because those children (Annamma, Parasuram, Renukamma, Akash) are living in such a situation. That real life has been captured in this. Apart from these four children, expatriates Rajeev Bhaskar, Ramachandran and Baburaj have also acted, Its song lyrics penned by Prajod Chandran and sung by Sivananda, music directed by Swati Krishnan. This short movie is directed and edited by Dr. Premraj K K under the banner Shivadam Music. Associate Director K Baburaj and Production Controller is Venkatesh Reddy.

ബാംഗ്ലൂർ പ്രവാസി എഴുത്തുകാരൻ പ്രേംരാജ് കെ കെ ഒരുക്കുന്ന ഒരു കുഞ്ഞു സിനിമ “ഒരു പിറന്നാൾ” (A birthday ) യൂട്യൂബ് ചാനലിൽ ഇറങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു.  പാതവക്കിൽ താമസിക്കുന്ന നിർമ്മാണ തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ കുട്ടികളുടെ പിറന്നാൾ ആഘോഷിക്കുന്ന കഥയാണ് ഈ കുഞ്ഞു “വലിയ” വലിയ സിനിമയിൽ പറയുന്നത്. നമ്മൾ ഓരോരുത്തരും ഓരോ പിറന്നാളിനും ആയരങ്ങൾ ചിലവഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒരു കുട്ടി തന്റെ കുഞ്ഞു പെങ്ങളുടെ പിറന്നാൾ ആഘോഷിക്കാൻ തത്രപ്പെടുന്നതാണ് ഇതിന്റെ ഇതിവൃത്തം.

ഇതിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് – അല്ല ജീവിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് വേണം പറയാൻ. കാരണം ആ കുട്ടികൾ  (അന്നമ്മ, പരശുറാം, രേണുകാമ്മ, ആകാശ്) അങ്ങനെയുള്ള പരിതസ്ഥതിയിൽ ആണ് ജീവിക്കുന്നത്. ആ ജീവിതം  അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ ഒപ്പിയെടുത്തിരിക്കുകയാണ് ഇതിൽ. ഈ  നാലു കുട്ടികളെ കൂടാതെ പ്രവാസികളായ രാജീവ് ഭാസ്കർ, രാമചന്ദ്രൻ , ബാബുരാജ് എന്നിവരും അഭിനയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.  ഇതിലെ ഒരു കുഞ്ഞു പാട്ടിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നത് പ്രജോദ് ചന്ദ്രനും പാടിയിരിക്കുന്നത് ശിവാനന്ദയുമാണ്, സ്വാതി കൃഷ്ണൻ ആണ് സംഗീത സംവിധാനം.   ശിവദം മ്യൂസിക്കിന്റെ ബാനറിൽ ഈ കുഞ്ഞു സിനിമ സംവിധാനം, എഡിറ്റിംഗ്  ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത് ഡോ. പ്രേംരാജ് കെ കെ . അസ്സോസിയേറ്റ് ഡയറക്ടർ കെ ബാബുരാജ്, പ്രൊഡക്ഷൻ കൺട്രോളർ വെങ്കിടേഷ് റെഡ്‌ഡി.
