Kanakam Neduvathoor
Kanakam Neduvathoor is a teacher retired from Government Girls HSS Kottarakkara. She has completed her Post Graduate degree from University college, Thiruvananthapuram. When she was at University College she has read short stories and poems wtitten by her at Uvavani. Moreover that Akashavani accepted her drama script for presenting it at Akashavani. When she was at St. John’s College for her degree studies, her first short story
‘Yathra ‘ published in the reputed Malayalam periodical ‘Chintha ‘.
She has published a collection of poems “Kallil Virinja Kavitha “. Reputed poet Shri Alamkode Leelakrishnan blessed with his sweet and valuable opinion. She is writing short stories, poems, travelogues and criticism. She is also writing poems for children. She has got a reputed National award from Bharath Sevak Samaj.
From online periodicals also she has got awards such as Nirmalyam Sahithya Award, Mashithand Sahithya Award, Ezhuthukootam Sahithya award, Sugatha kumari Sahithya Award, Shreshta Bhasha Malayalam State Award, Malayalakavya sahithi nerkkazhcha 2022 Galaxy Grandhasala award, Bhasha Malayalam Sahithya award, Mahakavi Akkitham memory Award, Malayala Kavyasahithi Kavyothsavam 2nd place,
