“The Clouds “ – revolves a story of a girl who escaped from the clutches of kidnappers from Mumbai by the help of a lady journalist who also a social worker and find a shelter in Kerala.
This short film’s shooting completed in just one hour’s time during Premraj’s Trivandrum visit. The artists who are acted in this short film also selected during his one day visit.
Young talented artist (Dance, Kadhakali & Ottanthullal ) Parvathi Vinod is playing major role in this short film. Famous Astrological advisor & Writer Prasanth Kannom acting as a warden and Author Simi Perumpilly as journalist cum social worker. While Premraj, the director acting as a NGO representative who visit warden and social worker in Kerala.

“ദ ക്ലൗഡ്‌സ്’ എന്ന ചെറുസിനിമ പറയുന്നത് ഒരു പെൺകുട്ടിയുടെ കഥയാണ്. സാമൂഹ്യദ്രോഹികളാൽ മുംബൈയിൽ എത്തപ്പെട്ട ഈ പെൺകുട്ടിയെ രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തി കേരളത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്ന പത്രപ്രവർത്തകയും സാമൂഹ്യ പ്രവർത്തക തന്റെ അനുഭവം പറയുകയാണ് ഈ കുഞ്ഞു സിനിമയിലൂടെ.
ഈ ചെറുസിനിമ വെറും ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ കൊണ്ട് കേരളത്തിൽ ആണ് ഷൂട്ട് ചെയ്തത്. വളരെ ചെറിയ നേരത്തിൽ ഇതിലെ കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ കണ്ടെത്തി ഷൂട്ട് ചെയ്തത് ഇതിന്റെ ഡയറക്ടറും എഡിറ്ററും ആയ പ്രേംരാജ് തന്നെയാണ്. യുവ നർത്തകയും കഥകളി ഓട്ടൻതുള്ളൽ കലാകാരിയുമായ പാർവ്വതി വിനോദ് ആണ് ഇതിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രമായ പെൺകുട്ടിയെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്. പ്രമുഖ ജ്യോതിഷ പണ്ഡിതനും എഴുത്തുകാരനുമായ പ്രശാന്ത് കണ്ണോം ഇതിൽ ഒരു വാർഡനായി അഭിനയിച്ചപ്പോൾ എഴുത്തുകാരിയായ സിമി പെരുമ്പിള്ളി പത്രപ്രവർത്തകയായും അഭിനയിച്ചു. അതേസമയം പ്രേംരാജ് കെ കെ തന്നെയാണ് NGO പ്രവർത്തകനായി വന്നത്. വെറും ഏഴ് മിനുട്ട് മാത്രം ദൈർഘ്യം ഉള്ള ഈ കുഞ്ഞു സിനിമ ഒരു വലിയ കഥ പറയുന്നു എന്നതിൽ സംശയമില്ല. മനസ്സിലെ വ്യഥകളാകുന്ന കാർമേഘം മാറി ഒരു തെളിഞ്ഞ ആകാശം വരുന്നതുപോലെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ സന്തോഷവും സമാധാനവും നമ്മുടെ പെൺകുട്ടികളിലേക്ക് പടരുവാൻ ഈ സിനിമ ഒരു ഉണർവാകട്ടെ.
