നിഗൂഢവും അമാനുഷികമായതുമായ കഥയാണ് “മന്ത്രിക്കുന്ന യന്ത്രങ്ങൾ” എന്ന നോവലിലൂടെ ഡോ. പ്രേംരാജ് കെ.കെ വായനക്കാരിലേയ്ക്കെത്തിക്കുന്നത്. മന്ത്ര- തന്ത്രങ്ങളിൽ പ്രാവീണ്യമുള്ള ഒരാൾ തന്റെ മന്ത്ര സിദ്ധികളുപയോഗിച്ച് അമാനുഷികമായ ശക്തികളെ കൂട്ടുപിടിച്ച്, ദുഷ്ട ശക്തികളുടെ മേൽ വിജയം കൈവരിക്കുന്ന, വായനക്കാരെ ത്രസിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒരു കഥ. അയാളുടെയും അമാനുഷിക ശക്തിയുടെയും ഇടയിൽ നിൽക്കുന്ന ഏലസ്സിന്റെ ശക്തിയെയും തേജസ്സിനെയും ഇതിലൂടെ വായിക്കാം. ഇതാണ് ഈ നോവലിനെക്കുറിച്ച് വളരെ കുറഞ്ഞ വാക്കുകളിൽ പറയാവുന്നത്.
ഒരു മുഴുനീള മാന്ത്രിക നോവൽ എന്നിതിനെ പറയാൻ കഴിയില്ല. കുറെ നിഗൂഢതയും അല്പം മാനുഷികതയും, പിന്നെ കുറെയധികം ഉദ്വേഗവും നിറഞ്ഞതാണ് ഈ നോവൽ . അതെ സമയം ഇതൊരു ഭീകരത (ഹൊറർ ) ഉളവാക്കുന്ന കൃതിയുമല്ല.
നോവലിലൂടെ സഞ്ചരിക്കുമ്പോൾ പലപ്പോഴും യുക്തിയുടെ മാപിനി കൊണ്ടളക്കാൻ കഴിയാത്ത പല സംഭവങ്ങളിലൂടെയും വായനക്കാരൻ കടന്നുപോകുന്നുണ്ട്. എങ്കിലും തിന്മയ്ക്കെതിരെയുള്ള പോരാട്ടമാണ് കഥാതന്തു എന്നുള്ളതുകൊണ്ടും, പലപ്പോഴായി നമ്മളിൽ ഓരോരുത്തരും നിസ്സഹായ ഘട്ടങ്ങളിൽ ഇത്തരം വിശ്വാസങ്ങളിൽ അഭയം പ്രാപിക്കാറുണ്ട് എന്നത് കൊണ്ടും അത് പാടേ വിസ്മരിച്ചു പോകുന്നു..
മിക്കവാറും കഥകൾ തിന്മയ്ക്കെതിരെയുള്ള വിജയമായാണല്ലോ നാം കണ്ടുവരുന്നത്. അങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാണ് ഇതിലും നാം കാണുക. എന്നാൽ തിന്മയുടെ അതിർവരമ്പ് ഓരോരുത്തരിലുമെന്നത് കൂടാതെ ,സംസാരവും ദേശവും കൂടി അതിന്റെ അതിർവരമ്പിന്റെ പരിഗണയിൽ പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. കഥയുടെ ഒഴുക്കിൽ അനുവാചകന്റെ കൈപിടിച്ച് കൂടെ നീന്തുമ്പോൾ, വായനക്കാർക്ക് ആ ഒഴുക്ക് ആസ്വദിക്കാനും രസച്ചരടിൽക്കൂടി ഭാവനയുടെ ഉയർച്ച താഴ്ചകൾ തിരിച്ചറിയാനും കഴിയുന്നു എന്നുള്ളത് ഈ നോവലിന്റെ വിജയമാണ്.
ഒരു മാന്ത്രിക നോവലിന്റെ രചനയുടെ രസതന്ത്രം സാഹസികമായ ഒന്നാണ്. കാരണം വിരസതയിലേക്ക് വഴു തിമാറാവുന്ന ഒരു ആഖ്യാന ശൈലിയെ, ലളിതമായ ഭാഷയിലൂടെ, ഉദ്വേഗജനകമായ സംഭവങ്ങളിലൂടെ വായനക്കാരന്റെ മനസ്സിന്റെ ചുമരുകളിൽ ചിത്രങ്ങൾ കോറിക്കൊണ്ട് സഞ്ചരിപ്പിക്കാൻ നോവലിസ്റ്റിന് കഴിയേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. അതു പോലെതന്നെയാണ് “മന്ത്രിക്കുന്ന യന്ത്രങ്ങൾ “എന്ന ഉദ്വേഗഭരിതമായ ഈ നോവലിലും നോവലിസ്റ്റ് കൈകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന രീതി.
ആദ്യമായി പറയേണ്ടത് ഇതിലെ മൂന്ന് ഭാഗങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു തന്നെയാണ്. ഭാരതത്തിലെ വിശ്വാസംപോലെതന്നെ പുരാതന തത്വശാസ്ത്രത്തിലും, ജൂതമതത്തിലും, കൃസ്തുമതത്തിലും ബുദ്ധമതത്തിലുമൊക്കെ മൂന്ന് എന്ന സംഖ്യയുടെ പ്രാധാന്യം വളരെ വലുതാണ്. സനാതന വിശ്വാസപ്രകാരം വേദിക് കാലഘട്ടം മുതൽ തന്നെ മൂന്ന് എന്നത് വളരെ പ്രത്യേകതയുള്ളതാണല്ലോ?അതു കൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാണ് മൂന്ന് ലോകങ്ങളും,സൃഷ്ടി,സ്ഥിതി, സംഹാരം എന്നിങ്ങനെയുള്ളതുമായ വിശ്വാസങ്ങൾ നാം മനസ്സിൽ കരുതിവെച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്.
ഈ നോവലിൽ, സർഗ്ഗ,സ്ഥിതി, ലയ എന്നീ മൂന്ന് ഭാഗങ്ങളായി വിളക്കി ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്നത് ,സൃഷ്ടി, സ്ഥിതി, സംഹാരം ഈ മൂന്ന് ഘട്ടങ്ങളെ തന്നെയാ ണെന്ന് നമുക്ക് വായനയിലൂടെ
മനസ്സിലാക്കാം.
ആദ്യത്തെ “സർഗ്ഗ” എന്ന ഭാഗത്തിൽ നാം വായിക്കുന്നത് , ഇതിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രമായ ഏലസ്സിന്റെ ഉത്ഭവം തന്നെയാണ്. അത് എവിടെ ഉണ്ടായി, പിന്നീടത് എങ്ങിനെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രമായ മൂസതിന്റെ കുടുംബത്തിൽ വന്നുചേർന്നു എന്നുള്ളതൊക്കെയാണ്.തലമുറകളായി കൈമാറി തന്റെ കൈയിലെത്തിയ ഏലസ്സിന്റെ പ്രഭാവം വീണ്ടുടുക്കാനോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പ്രഭാവം വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുവാനോ വേണ്ടി കഥാനായകൻ അതിന്റെ ഉറവിട സ്ഥാനമായ മെക്സിക്കോയിലെത്തുന്നതും,(മെക്സിക്കോ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ പൂർണ്ണമാവില്ല, അതിനാൽ, അവിടുത്തെ തുളും ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ , പുരാതന മായൻ സംസ്കാരത്തിന്റെ മടിത്തട്ടിലേക്ക് ). പ്രഭാവം വീണ്ടെടുത്ത ശേഷം, ഇന്ത്യയിലേക്ക് പുറപ്പെടുന്നതുമാണ് പ്രതിപാദിക്കുന്നത്. ഭാരത..മായൻ സംസ്കാരത്തിന്റെ സമ്മേളനം നമുക്കിതിൽ അറിയുന്നതോടൊപ്പം, ആ സംസ്കാരങ്ങൾ തമ്മിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ബന്ധം കഥാകാരൻ നമ്മെ ഓർമ്മിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു .
മെക്സിക്കൻ ആചാരങ്ങളും വിശ്വാസങ്ങളും, അവയ്ക്ക് ഇന്ത്യൻ സംസ്കാരത്തോടുള്ള ചില സാമ്യതകളുമെല്ലാം സൂര്യയുടെ സുഹൃത്തായ ഗബ്രിയേൽ എന്ന മെക്സിക്കൻ കഥാപാത്രത്തിലൂടെ പറയാൻ നോവലിസ്റ്റ് ശ്രമിക്കുന്നുണ്ട് എന്നത് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട വസ്തുതയാണ് .
ഇതിൽ അഞ്ച് അദ്ധ്യായങ്ങളുണ്ടല്ലോ. അപ്പോൾ അഞ്ച് എന്ന സംഖ്യ മറന്നുകൂടാ. പഞ്ചഭൂതങ്ങൾ, പഞ്ചേന്ദ്രിയങ്ങൾ എന്നിങ്ങനെ അഞ്ച് എന്ന സംഖ്യ പ്രാധാന്യമർഹിക്കുന്നു. സൃഷ്ടി തന്നെ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നത് പഞ്ചഭൂതങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടാണെന്നാണല്ലോ ഭാരതീയ വിശ്വാസം.
അടുത്ത ഭാഗമായ സ്ഥിതിയിൽ: സൂര്യയ്ക്കും പിതാവ് മഹിഷക്കാട്ട് നാരായണനും, കുടുംബത്തിനും നേരിടേണ്ടി വരുന്ന കഷ്ടതകളും ആപത്തുകളും ഒക്കെയാണ്. നമ്മൾ ഓരോരുത്തരും അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന വിഷമതകൾക്കും ദുരിതങ്ങൾക്കും കൈയും കണക്കുമില്ല. അതേ സമയം സന്തോഷ നിമിഷങ്ങളും ഉണ്ട്. അങ്ങനെ ലക്കും ലഗാനുമില്ലാത്ത ജീവിതങ്ങൾ…
ചിലർ എന്തൊക്കെയോ നേടുന്നു അതെ സമയം ചിലർ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നതൊന്നും നേടുന്നുമില്ല. പതിനഞ്ച് അദ്ധ്യായമുള്ള ഈ ഭാഗത്തിൽ അരക്ഷിതമായ ജീവിത സത്യങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നു.
പിന്നീടുവരുന്നതാണ് ലയ എന്ന ഭാഗം. സംസ്കൃത പദമായ ഇതിന്റെ അർത്ഥം “ലയനം, ആഗിരണം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ താളം” എന്നൊക്കെ പറയാം. പ്രഭാവം വീണ്ടെടുത്ത ഇതിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രം തിരികെ സ്വന്തം നാട്ടിൽ തിരിച്ചെത്തുന്നു. ആ നാടിന്റെ താളമായി മാറുന്നു. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ആ നാട്ടിൽ ലയിക്കുന്നു, ആ നാട്ടുകാരനായി ജീവിതം തുടരുന്നു. ഈ ഭാഗത്തെയും മൂന്ന് അദ്ധ്യായങ്ങൾ ആയി തിരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
എന്തൊരു മഹത്തായ ആശയങ്ങളാണ് ഈ നോവലിലൂടെ കഥാകാരൻ പറഞ്ഞുവെക്കുന്നത്. ഭാരതീയ സംസ്കാരം , വിശ്വാസം ഒക്കെ ഈ നോവലിൽ പരാമർശിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അതെ സമയം വരികൾക്കിടയിലൂടെ കഥാകാരൻ ഇതുപോലെ ചില ആശയങ്ങൾ വായനക്കാരിലേക്ക് എത്തിക്കാൻ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വിവരിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നില്ലേ എന്ന് എനിക്ക് മാത്രം തോന്നിയതാണോ എന്നറിയില്ല.
ചില ഇടങ്ങളിൽ ചരിത്രത്തിലൂടെ കടന്നുപോകുമ്പോൾ മൂസതിന്റെ മുതുമുത്തച്ഛനേയും മായൻ പ്രതാപകാലവും ഒക്കെ നോവലിന്റെ ഭാഗമാകുന്നു.
ഇതിനെയെല്ലാം കോർത്തിണക്കാൻ തന്നെയാണ് കഥാകാരൻ കുറെയധികം കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ നിരത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് സംശയലേശമന്യേ പറയാൻ കഴിയും. ഉദാഹരണം , അധികാരമോഹിയായ ഫ്രാൻസിസ്, പ്രധാന വില്ലനായ, ഏലസ്സ് തട്ടിയെടുക്കുന്ന വിലാസ്, അയാളുടെ ചേട്ടൻ ഷയാൻ റായത്തർ, ക്ഷുദ്രപ്രയോഗിയായ ജോൺ തുടങ്ങി പല കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളും വായനക്കാരന്റെ മനസ്സിലെ മായാത്ത ചിത്രങ്ങളാണ്. ഇവരൊക്കെ ഈ മനോഹരമായ ഹാരത്തിലെ കണ്ണികൾ തന്നെയാണ്.
ഇതിലെ ആദ്യഭാഗമായ സർഗ്ഗ , അവസാനിക്കുന്നത് ഓർക്കുക, അച്ഛനും മകനും ഗംഗയുടെ തീരത്തുകൂടെ നടന്നുപോകുന്നു, അപ്പോൾ അങ്ങ് ദൂരെ ഒരു സന്ന്യാസിയെ കാണുന്നു, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കണ്ടതുപോലെ തോന്നുന്നു. ശാക്തേയ വിശ്വാസികളായ ഈ കുടുംബം ശിവന്റെ അനുഗ്രത്തോടെ മുന്നോട്ട് പോകുമ്പോൾ , നാം ചെന്നെത്തുന്നത് ലയ എന്ന ഭാഗത്തേക്കാണ്. അതിൽ താണ്ഡവമാടുന്ന , അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ദുഷ്ടശക്തികളോട് പോരാടുന്ന അച്ഛനെയും മകനെയും കാണാം. ഭാവനയുടെ ഒരു ലോകത്തേക്ക് നമ്മളെ എടുത്തുയർത്തുന്ന അനുഭവം ഇതിലൂടെ വായിച്ചറിയാം.
ശിവനാണ് എല്ലാ ദൈവങ്ങളുടെയും ദേവന്മാരുടെയും മുകളിൽ , അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പരമ ശക്തൻ എന്നത് പറയാതെ പറയുന്നില്ലേ ഇതിൽ..?
മറ്റൊരു കാര്യം..
കേരളത്തിലെ മൂസത് എന്ന സമൂഹം വിഷ്ണുവിൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരും ഉണ്ട് അതേ സമയം ശിവനിലും. അവരിലെ ആ വിശ്വാസം എങ്ങനെ ഇതുപോലെ രണ്ടുചേരികളിലായി എന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് ഇവിടെ ഉദ്ധരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്റെ ആവശ്യകത ഉണ്ടെന്ന് കരുതുന്നില്ല. എന്നിരുന്നാലും കഥാകാരന് അതിനെകുറിച്ച് ധാരണകൾ ഉണ്ടെന്നത് വാസ്തവം.
ഹരിദ്വാറിൽ ഏലസ്സ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട സൂര്യയേയും അച്ഛൻ മൂസതിനെയും സഹായിക്കാനായി മൂന്നാം ലിംഗക്കാരെ നോവലിസ്റ്റ് കൂട്ടുപിടിച്ചത് അവരിൽ കുടിയിരിക്കുന്ന ശക്തിയും കായബലവും, എന്തിനെയും നേരിടാമെന്നുള്ള ധൈര്യവുമൊക്കെ കഥയിൽ ആവശ്യമായതുകൊണ്ടു തന്നെയാണെന്ന് വായനക്കാർ വായിച്ചെടുക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. സാഹചര്യങ്ങളെ സമീപിക്കുന്നതിൽ സ്ത്രീകളിലെ നിർമ്മലതയും സൗമ്യതയും ആവശ്യമുണ്ട്, അതേ സമയം അവരിലെ ശക്തിയും കായികക്ഷമതയും കഥയിലെ ചില ഘട്ടങ്ങളിൽ ആവശ്യമായി വരുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെയായിരിക്കും കഥയിൽ ഏതാനും മൂന്നാം ലിംഗക്കാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യം സന്ദർഭോചിതമായത്. കഥയുടെ മൂന്നാമത്തെ ഭാഗത്തിൽ അവരുടെ നിറഞ്ഞ വിളയാട്ടം നമുക്ക് കാണാം. ഇവരെ ശിവന്റെ കൂട്ടാളികളായി വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരും നമ്മുടെ ഇടയിലുണ്ട്.
മന്ത്ര തന്ത്രങ്ങളിൽ പ്രാവീണ്യമുള്ള ഒരാൾക്ക്, ഈശ്വരോപാസനയിലൂടെ, പിതാമഹന്മാരെയും ഏലസ്സിനെയും കൂട്ടുപിടിച്ച്, ദുഷ്ട ശക്തികൾക്കെതിരെ പൊരുതി വിജയം നേടാനാവുമെന്നും, ആ വിജയം നാടിന് ഗുണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാകണമെന്നും കഥാകാരൻ ഇതിലൂടെ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. ദുഷ്പ്രവർത്തികൾ ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ട്
നാടിനെ ആപത്തിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുന്ന ചിലർക്ക് നേരെയുള്ള ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട ശബ്ദമാണ് ഈ നോവൽ എന്ന് പറയാതെ തരമില്ല.
ആസ്വാദക മനസ്സിൽ വിശ്വാസങ്ങളിലൂടെ ആശ്വാസങ്ങൾ കണ്ടെത്തുവാൻ കഴിയുന്ന ഒരു കുളിർ കാറ്റായി ഈ നോവൽ തഴുകുന്നു. അതോടൊപ്പം ആസ്വാദകരെ ചിന്തിപ്പിക്കാനും അവിശ്വാസങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും അകന്നുനിൽക്കുവാനും പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒരു കഥ. അതോടൊപ്പം മനുഷ്യർ തമ്മിലുള്ള സ്നേഹവും സഹവർത്തിത്വവും കാണാതെ പോവുകയുമരുത്.
അങ്ങനെ ഒരുപാട് കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചിന്തിക്കാനും പറയാനുമുതകുന്ന ഒരു നോവൽ എന്നുതന്നെ” മന്ത്രിക്കുന്ന യന്ത്രങ്ങൾ “എന്ന നോവലിനെക്കുറിച്ച് പറയാം.
പ്രേംരാജ് കെ.കെ എന്ന കഥാകാരന് ആശംസകൾ പറയാൻ ഈ അവസരം വിനിയോഗിക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ അനേകമനേകം കഥകൾ വായിക്കാനുള്ള എന്റെ ആഗ്രഹവും പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

The novel “Manthrikkuna Yanthrangal” (Wispering Amulets) is a mysterious and supernatural story. Premraj K.K. brings to the readers. A story that enthralls readers, where a master of mantra-tantra uses his mantra siddhis to conjure up supernatural powers and triumph over evil forces. Here you can read about the power and brilliance of Elsa, which stands between her and the supernatural. Very few words can be said about this novel.
I can’t say it’s a full-length novel. This book is a little bit humane and a little bit surreal. At the same time, it’s not a horror story.
In the course of the novel, the reader goes through a series of events that often cannot be explained by logic. However, it is often forgotten because the story is the fight against evil, and often each of us takes refuge in such beliefs in helpless moments.
Most of our stories are about victory over evil. And that’s how we see it. But in addition to the extent of evil in each one, speech and country should also be taken into account in its extent. The success of the novel lies in the fact that when the Prophet’s hand swims along with the flow of the story, the readers can enjoy the flow and discover the ups and downs of imagination through the fun.
The chemistry of writing a magical novel is one of adventure. Because the novelist has to be able to convey a narrative style that slips into boredom, through simple language, through evocative events, by carving images on the walls of the reader’s mind. The same is the way the novelist deals with this passionate novel “Witching Machines.”
First of all, there are three parts. The number three is of great importance in ancient philosophy, Judaism, Christianity and Buddhism, just as it is in Indian belief. According to the Sanatan belief, since the Vedic period, three has been very special. That is why we have kept in mind the three worlds, creation, existence and annihilation.
In this novel, we are told that creation, condition, and destruction are the three stages of creation, described in three parts: sarga, sthitiya, and laya.
In the first part of “Sarga” we read about the origin of the main character Amulet. Where it came from, and how it came to belong to the family of the main character, Moosath. The protagonist arrives in Mexico, the place of its origin, in order to recover the effect of the Amulet that has been handed down from generation to generation, or to enhance the effect (Mexico is not complete, therefore, in the village of Tulum, the cradle of the ancient Mayan civilization). After recovering the effect, it is proposed to leave for India. The narrator reminds us of the relationship between those cultures, as we get to know the meeting of the Indian and Mayan cultures.
It is worth noting that the novelist tries to convey Mexican customs and beliefs, which have some similarities with Indian culture, through the Mexican character Gabriel, who is Surya’s friend.
It has five sections. Don’t forget the number 5. The number five is important for the five senses and the five elements. The Hindu belief is that the universe is made up of five elements.
The next part deals with the hardships and dangers faced by Surya, his father Mahishakattu Narayanan and their family. There is no limit to the pain and suffering we all go through. At the same time, there are happy moments. Such a life…

What a great story this author tells. This book is about Indian culture and traditions. At the same time, I don’t know if I just felt that the narrator is not trying to convey or describe some ideas to the readers like this through the lines.
In some places, while passing through history, Musa’s great-grandfather and the time of Mayan glory are also part of the novel.
It can be said without a doubt that the storyteller has put many characters to cover all this.
